Anna came to Texas about 1876-1878 with her sisters, Louisa Jane and Elizabeth Finch Ezell, and 15 year old Thomas Addison Ezell. Thomas often recalled the boat trip from Mobile, Alabama to the Port
of Indianola, Texas. The 1880 Texas census showed Anna with Mrs. E. C. Ezell and Thomas Addison in Bandera, Texas

George was a private in Company A, 10th. Arkansas Calvary. He was captured in Conway County, Arkansas on September 2, 1864. He was received at Military Prison, Alton, Illinois on November 26, 1864. Receive in the hospital on 12/11/1864. Died in the hospital January 9, 1865 of laryngitis.
