General Notes: Husband - Henry C. Walser
Henry was co-founder of Yadkin College and lived on Dykers Creek at
the Yadkin River. He was the owner of slaves.
Tombstone inscription: He was an honest man, a true friend, a kind husband and a devoted father. He was a magistrate member of the Legislature Union Elector in 1860 and the founder of Yadkin College and for 25 years, Chairman of it's Board of Trustees. He crowned a long and useful life with a Christian's triumphant death.

mother and friend. She was a model. Her whole life was full of sacrificies for others. Her battle has been fought, her troubles are over. She has crossed the river and has receiver her reward; a crown at the right hand of Him whom she trusted with the undoubting faith of a child; for Blessed are they who die in the Lord.
